经过这一学期的外贸实操课实验,我对外贸英语函电有了一定的了解。外贸函电是我们建立对外贸易关系和外贸往来的重要手段。外贸函电包括建立客户业务关系,询价,报盘,还盘,订货,接受,签约,包装,装运,支付,结算,保险,商检,索赔,代理及仲裁等到几项特殊贸易形式和经济技术合作。
本课程的实验旨在培养学生掌握外贸英语函电的基本知识,并能熟练地加以运用。实验的主要任务是培养学生能够迅速适应对外经贸业务活动的需要,帮助其系统地学习和掌握外贸英语函电的格式、专业词汇、行文方法与文体特点,提高学生在外贸业务活动中正确地使用英语的能力,以及对外进行各项业务联系和通讯活动的能力,使学生能以英语为工具开展外经贸业务。
经过一段时间的实验操作之后,我能够严格按照实验要求操作,完成了一系列有关于外贸英语函电写作的步骤。我发现自己有很多的不足,主要表现在以下几个方面:一是,在实验的过程中,英语词汇量成了最大阻碍,但在同学的交流以及帮助下,得以顺利解决。在操作中与同学们积极交流写作经验,使得知识互补,达到共赢。二是,对商务信函的文体特点不熟悉,所以在写的过程中逻辑混乱。但是在老师的帮助下,我开始能够熟练掌握运用外贸业务这些常用的句型、词汇和短语以达到能够正确翻译并能拟写同类信函的目的。
本次实验中,我掌握了很多日后工作所需的基本技能,检验了平时所学习的基础知识,衡量了个人的能力和水平,发觉了自身存在的不足和缺点。这于我来说无疑是受益匪浅的。本次实验是一笔珍贵的财富,它给我带来了许多快乐和乐趣,帮助我在以后的学习过程中不断充实自己,更加关注国际的经贸环境,加强实例分析能力并加强训练,增加感性认识,努力提高业务责任和商务运作能力,真正做到学以致用。这一学期的实操,让我了解到的不仅是一些理论知识的重要性,同时,作为一名外贸函电的从业人员更应该具有胆大细心,往往一个小错误,小细节将影响一笔很大的业务收入,甚至是企业和自己的发展前途。
